  • Planned Preventive Maintenance agreements (PPM) are between you and La Villa Facilities
  • Management for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your Air conditioning (HVAC) system, Electrical System, Plumbing fire fighting system among others. By this agreement, La Villa Facilities Services will perform periodic maintenance schedules i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly and/ or semi-annually as required by each system, this will include; Replacement of consumables amend operating issues, repairs and upkeep of your system.
